How to fix when the DisneyPlus adult verification screen does not appear (1 min. solution)

To watch Disneyplus adult content, you must go to 'disneyplus.com/verifyage'. However, there are cases where the screen for adult authentication does not appear or it is not possible to enter the 6-digit PIN received from the smartphone. ' and 'Are you traveling? If an error message such as 'Your location is different' appears, the solutions are as follows.

 

 

 

 

How to fix when the adult verification window does not appear

 

1. If you select one adult movie on DisneyPlus, you will be taken to the adult authentication window.

 

2. When the message 'Adult authentication is required' is displayed, select 'Authenticate now' and select 'Authenticate now' again.

 

3. Enter the registered email and select 'Next'.

 

4. Enter the password and select 'Next'.

 

5. On the profile screen, click 'My Profile'.

 

6. Enter your name and date of birth, and check the agreement to the terms and conditions. Then select 'Authenticate via text message'.

 

7. Enter the 6-digit number received with your smartphone and select [OK] to complete adult authentication. If the received 6-digit PIN is not entered, proceed to the next step.

 

 

 

 

What to do if the 6-digit adult verification pin number is not entered

If input is not possible from the TV, you must connect to the PC and input the pin number.

7. If you wait after answering the additional questions from the customer center staff, you will receive a message that the region change has been completed.

 

8. Immediately log in to DisneyPlus again, check that the adult verification screen works normally, and close the chat window.

 

9. Proceed with adult verification and set to 19 years of age or older in profile edit.

 

 

 

 

Even if you access 'disneyplus.com/verifyage' on DisneyPlus, if you do not see the adult verification window or you cannot enter a 6-digit PIN, most of the solutions are resolved by going through the above steps.
