3. PC with msvcr100.dll error.
- If Windows 64-bit, check the box in front of vc_redist.x64.exe,

4. Click the magnifying glass to the right of the Windows Start button.
5. Type 'dxdiag' and hit enter.
6. Then, in the middle of the screen, whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit is written.
7. On the [Choose desired download] screen in step 3 above, check the box in front of 'vc_redist.x64.exe' if it is 64-bit, or check the box in front of 'vc_redist.x86.exe' if it is 32-bit, then click [Next] at the bottom right Click.
8. Double-click the downloaded file to install it.
9. When the installation is complete, reboot the PC.
